The scope of supply started at the raw material storage area where several handling equipment were installed for the reception and transfer of clinker, gypsum and slag for special cementitious products.

This handling infrastructure account the necessary surface reception followed by feeding equipment together with several belts conveying units and bucket elevators to bring the materials in to the feeding / proportioning workshop prior to the mill circuit.

After the raw material, the main components of the grinding plant include TWO ball mill fully engineered by CEMENGAL of about 5,200 kws installed power for 1,000,000 tons per year (referenced to standard cements) with feed bins, mill circuit, electrical & automation supplies and auxiliary components.

On parallel and through other side contracts, ACICO implemented the cement storage silos that were fully equipped with bulk dispatching devices.

After these silos, the final cement product was transferred to the bagging expedition facilities which included modern packers and automatic palletisers.
